The packaging wasn’t great, the box showed up crushed on one side, lol. When I opened it, the item had a few scuffs on it too. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I did expect it to arrive in better shape.

So... I’d say this was a solid buy for the price. The quality seems fair, and I feel like I got what I paid for. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but the price made it worth it in the end...

I reached out to customer service a few times and never heard anything back. No clear answer, no update, not even a quick acknowledgment. For me, basic communication is kind of the bare minimum, especially when you’re asking simple questions before or after placing an order. It felt like once I contacted them, nobody really cared to follow up

Sadly, it just didn’t last like I hoped. The reliability was bad after a bit, which was kinda frustrating.

I was disappointed with the accuracy on this. It shoots way too loose, and I don’t have much confidence that customer service would do anything helpful if I reached out. Just not what I was expecting.

They basically say the buyer is responsible for knowing local laws, which I get, but the way it’s presented before checkout left me thinking, what a joke, am I supposed to figure all this out on my own?
